  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in the district where you reside (or the jurisdiction of the federal court located in our business address), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original copyright infringement notification.

3. Send the counter-notification to our designated Copyright Agent at the address provided in Section 1.3.

Repeat Infringers

1. We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.
